AlphaGrep Securities Private Limited (Sponsor) is a global quantitative investment firm with over 15 years of experience in systematic and algorithmic proprietary investing. The Group has built deep capabilities in research, technology, and execution across asset classes and geographies.
AlphaGrep Investment Management Pvt. Ltd. manages an AUM exceeding ₹1,800 crore across its Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) and Portfolio Management Services (PMS). Additionally, its Fund Management Entity (GIFT FME) oversees an AUM of USD 22.70 million. The AMC currently manages a diverse client base of 400+ investors, ranging from individual clients to large corporate institutions.
Our Growth
In recent years, AlphaGrep has expanded into asset management, managing / advising over INR 8,000 crs across the three business units in UK, China, and India. This transition has been supported by robust risk-management systems and institutional-grade infrastructure. Building on this foundation, AlphaGrep now seeks to extend its quantitative investing capabilities to the Indian mutual fund industry. The Group believes that the Indian mutual fund regulatory architecture, which is transparent, robust and investor-focused, offers an ideal platform to deliver systematic strategies to a broader investor base.
